Island Time Luxury Loft Condo by the Sea

Great property and location (short walk to Iggy’s and the beach). Communication was excellent and the views are wonderful.

The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, including beach chairs and a swim mask that was perfect for our daughter. The ocean views were world class.

Regatta Villas was perfect for our 3 week stay! We loved the sunrises/sunsets/night sky views from the roof top deck. We relied on taxis for our stay so access to 3 great restaurants (although a steep climb back to our stay) was great. Definitely recommend eating as much as possible at Mim’s Bistro. Loved the 3 pools & access to tennis courts. The condo was delightfully decorated!!

The condo was absolutely PERFECT for our family. Our 13 year old used the pull out couch he described as “the best I’ve ever slept on Mom”. Everything was provided for in this condo including quality kitchen appliances. Our small family of three have traveled since my son was 4 months old and have experiences many VRBO places. This place ranks as the very top of our list because of the following: the quality and beauty of the condo; the pull out was firm and quality; the Bolongo location is central to all places in St. Thomas; the beach is very private and was our daily joy; Mimi’s restaurant a 5 minute walk was our delicious go-to; the condo has the most amazing view; the wifi was fast; the condo was so comfortable and clean; and lastly the ease of communication with the property managers. We will be back next Christmas and would like to stay here again!

The view was amazing, our hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Close to a beach bar but quiet enough for privacy. We would love to return back here again.
